lol, i found my old lab coat while clearing out the basement, i thought i had thrown it away. anyway, this made a funny prop for a video hehehe... sry to the english speaking followers. working on something, but it's a lot to edit. a small video will come this week!

Okay... after a lot of people asked for the recipe in my DMs, here we go. It'll be added to the cookbook in detail, which you can get for free as a Patreon or YouTube member. However, for everyone who can't wait: Just add pumpkin spice to a standard cookie recipe you like and adapt the anount of flour and butter until it feels right. Pumpkin spice is just a fancy name for clove + cinnamon + nutmeg + whatever else you like (I use a bunch of spices, the more the merrier).

I only learned about Turkish Manti from @sabrinaghayour and I always wanted to make them. Let's hope they're good. I've invented my own filling and style and sauce. But that's how it is with experiments 🙈....
