About me

This blog is about minimalism, mindfulness and creative work in the digital age.

I am a physicist and data scientist from Munich. I decided to be a minimalist eighteen years ago. Since then much has changed and I invite you to be part of my everyday journey.

You will find helpful tips on daily mindfulness practice along with some nerdy social media data analysis and strategy tips how to work productively on your digital business here.

I also started this blog because I want to connect with other people over the internet, and encourage you to embrace your weirdness and find more calm and clarity in everyday life.
